The Trade Fairs in Poland in 2024 report

We are pleased to present our latest publication: “Trade Fairs in Poland in 2024”. It is an annual Report that comprehensively presents the condition of the Polish exhibition industry, the key trends, and the challenges and opportunities facing the sector.

The Report is a source of reliable statistical data on the number of trade fair events, the space rented, the number of exhibitors (including foreign ones) and visitor attendance. The analyses show that the exhibition industry in Poland is consolidating its position and growing in strength, recording in 2024, among other things, an increase in the number of visitors and an increase in the number of international exhibitors.

Poland is consistently strengthening its position on the European exhibition map, organising more and more prestigious events of an international character. Trade fairs are becoming a multifunctional space that integrates business, education and culture. They are an important element in building business relationships, supporting exports and regional development, as well as a powerful tool for the economic promotion of the country.

As Tomasz Kobierski, Chairman of the PCEI Council and President of Grupa MTP, notes:

“Trade fair guests expect not only product presentations but also an inspiring, substantive narrative and an engaging format […]. The future of trade fairs is not just exhibition space – it is a comprehensive experience that begins long before entering the event grounds and continues long after the event has ended.”

The “Trade Fairs in Poland in 2024” report is available in electronic form. We encourage you to read it and to share the publication with all individuals and institutions involved in economic development, business tourism and the meetings industry (MICE).
