Targi Kielce’s new exhibition hall

Targi Kielce’s new exhibition hall

Targi Kielce, one of the most important trade fair and congress centres in Poland and a long-standing member of the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry, is embarking on another important stage in its development. August 2026 saw the completion of a new exhibition hall – one of the largest investments in the history of the Kielce venue.

The new facility will be filled with exhibitors and visitors for the first time during Międzynarodowy Salon Przemysłu Obronnego MSPO (the International Defence Industry Exhibition), which starts on 8 September – the largest event in the Targi Kielce calendar and one of the most important defence industry events in Europe.

Nearly PLN 100 million invested in development

The construction of the new hall is an investment worth around PLN 100 million. The facility offers 15,500 m² of space on the ground floor and an additional 3,000 m² on the mezzanine. The hall is 15 metres high, which makes it possible to build stands up to 8 metres high and to use suspended structures.

The design was prepared with both large trade fair events and efficient service for exhibitors in mind. The high floor load capacity – 100 kN/m² – makes it possible to display heavy machinery, vehicles and large-scale exhibits. Seven gates, each 5.2 metres high, allow lorries to drive directly into the hall and unload at level “0”.

The large, regular space with few columns gives organisers and exhibitors a wide range of layout options. Thanks to a system of sliding walls, the facility can be divided into three independent halls, which allows it to be adapted to events of different scale and character.

The mezzanine houses conference rooms with modern equipment and comfortable facilities for exhibitors and for the companies that service events. The design also includes sustainability-related solutions, including a photovoltaic installation and energy storage units.

An investment that matters not only for Targi Kielce

The new hall significantly increases Targi Kielce’s organisational capacity, but its significance extends beyond the venue itself. It is another major investment in exhibition infrastructure in Poland, one that strengthens the potential of the entire domestic exhibition market and its ability to compete for large international events.

The development of Targi Kielce is also important for the city and the region. Large trade fair events bring thousands of exhibitors, business visitors and media representatives to Kielce, generating business for hotels, restaurants, transport and many other services.

It is therefore symbolic that the new space is starting operations during MSPO. One of the largest events organised in Kielce becomes the first test of the new hall’s capabilities, and at the same time opens a new chapter in the development of the Kielce trade fair centre.

The Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry congratulates Targi Kielce on the completion of this important investment. Every project that increases the capacity of Polish exhibition centres also strengthens the entire exhibition industry and its importance for the economy.
