On 10 January this year, EXPO XXI in Warsaw hosted Forum Branży Eventowej (the Event Industry Forum), a gathering of professionals involved in delivering events. The substantial attendance of 2,250 participants underlined the importance of the event.

The talks and debates focused on innovative methods of organising events, the impact of ERP technology and the legal regulations concerning package travel. Particular attention was devoted to the role of artificial intelligence in the industry and in HR. Personalisation in event planning was also discussed. In the area of personal development, the speakers discussed ways of reaching one’s full potential in changing times. The implementation of ESG policy in companies was another topic of discussion. Finally, the industry trends for 2024 were presented.

The speakers included MICE industry experts, event marketing enthusiasts, owners of event marketing agencies, business practitioners, academic lecturers and public speakers.

The halls were filled to the brim with exhibitors, the event was buzzing with life, and the hum of conversation could be heard everywhere. Chamber members were there at the Forum too! This year’s edition showed that the industry is back in shape, and the forecasts for this year are very good.
