HEJ KRAKÓW – a strong debut and a clear voice for Kraków at the Forum Branży Eventowej in Warsaw

At the Forum Branży Eventowej (Event Industry Forum), held on 14 January at EXPO XXI Warszawa, it was impossible to walk past the HEJ KRAKÓW stand without taking notice. The area created by five Kraków brands – Modern Catering, EXPO Kraków, SPICE for SPACE, SprzętEventowy.pl and SZOK Event Group – caught the eye with its elegant space, refined down to the last detail. From the very first moments the stand was buzzing with life, drawing crowds of visitors.

The joining of forces by the brands behind HEJ KRAKÓW may have come as a surprise to some, but it very quickly became clear that this unexpected synergy is the initiative’s greatest asset. Their joint presence at the Forum made it possible to present a comprehensive approach to organising events in Kraków – from the creative concept, through production and logistics, to memorable experiences for participants.

Yet HEJ KRAKÓW is far more than a stand. It is a clear signal to the whole industry: Kraków has a strong, united voice and everything needed to deliver events at the highest level – without having to bring in subcontractors from other cities. The initiative offers a full range of services: from exhibition and congress space, through catering, AV technology, furniture and event equipment, to the design of stands, stages and complete spatial arrangements. Everything in one place – without unnecessary costs or complicated logistics.

The capital of Małopolska, an attraction in its own right, has everything that Polish and international event organisers expect: experienced teams, modern technical facilities, an excellent accommodation base and a rich choice of places to eat and drink. This is where historic elegance meets modern energy, and participants leave events with emotions and memories that stay with them for a long time.

A symbolic highlight at the HEJ KRAKÓW stand was the toast raised to mark the 30th anniversary of Targi w Krakowie – the owner and operator of EXPO Kraków, which is celebrating its jubilee this year. The gesture fitted the atmosphere of the event perfectly and became a symbol of unity – a moment when the whole industry could together sing “Sto lat”, the Polish “Happy Birthday”.

“We often work together day to day, but we rarely have time to meet. We know each other from e-mails, phone calls and projects, and we are always on the go. At the HEJ Kraków stand we were able to pause for a moment, talk, exchange experiences and make new contacts. A fantastic feeling – after all, that is what events are all about: meeting face to face,” emphasised one of the visitors to the stand.

HEJ KRAKÓW’s debut at the Forum showed that quality and cooperation are key today, and that Kraków’s event companies are fully prepared to deliver even the most complex projects, effectively putting ideas into practice and responding to clients’ needs.
