Handbook for applicants and beneficiaries of European Funds 2021–2027 on information and promotion – find out more

The Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy has prepared the “Podręcznik wnioskodawcy i beneficjenta Funduszy Europejskich na lata 2021-2027 w zakresie informacji i promocji” (Handbook for Applicants and Beneficiaries of European Funds for 2021–2027 on Information and Promotion), which contains information on the mandatory information and promotion activities for applicants and beneficiaries of European Funds.

The document governs the rules for creating content and informing about the support received, and also sets out the mandatory information and promotion activities that are subject to inspection when projects are settled. The handbook contains detailed guidelines on, among other things, creating signs and information boards, press materials, the labelling of websites and information meetings. The document will help you organise your knowledge of the layout of logotypes, the correct use of hashtags, the creation of the required content of materials and the documentation of completed information activities.

If you are an applicant, you will learn how to plan information and promotion activities as early as the application stage. If you are a beneficiary of European Funds, you will gain practical knowledge of how to inform the public, project participants and target audiences about the funding received. It is worth remembering that the information obligations apply from the moment funding is obtained, i.e. the signing of the funding agreement or the issuing of the funding decision, until the end of the project or the end of the project’s durability period specified in the agreement.

The handbook is available on the website.
