The Polish exhibition market is approaching its pre-pandemic results. Rented space is growing, and the share of foreign exhibitors is the highest in the comparison covering the years 2019–2025. This is shown by the latest data from the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry, which we are publishing in the annual PCEI EXPO 2025 – Trade Fairs in Poland report.
The report covers 119 trade fair events organised in 2025 by Members of the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry. All the statistics have been verified by a CENTREX-PCEI auditor.
Rented exhibition space has already reached 97 per cent of the 2019 level. The presence of foreign companies is also growing – 4,338 international exhibitors took part in Polish trade fairs, i.e. more than a quarter of all exhibitors. This is the highest share of foreign exhibitors in the entire comparison covering the years 2019–2025. The trade fairs were attended by 1,360,434 visitors, and the total number of exhibitors was 17,218.
“To sum up, 2025 – according to the statistical data – allows us to believe once again in the effectiveness of trade fairs. Companies are renting ever larger spaces and investing ever more boldly in their presence at trade fairs – and that is the most reliable signal this market can give,” says Wiesława Galińska, General Director of the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry.
In addition to statistical data, the report also shows Poland’s position as the trade fair hub of Central and Eastern Europe, the role of trade fairs in the economic development of cities and the most important directions of change in the industry. The publication also includes the voices of representatives of the market and of business environment institutions.
The report is available free of charge for download. We encourage you to read it and to use the data in your own materials.
