President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda, has signed the act on limiting trading on Sundays. The Act will come into force in March 2018. We are proud to inform you that the change submitted by Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry concerning the exclusion of trade fairs and exhibitions from the provisions of the Act on trading ban on Sundays have been included in the Act! Below we are presenting the wording of the said provision: Article 6. 1. The ban referred to in Article 5 shall not apply: […] 11) to retail outlets organized exclusively for the purpose of fairs, festivals and other special, topical or sports and recreational events, also when they are organized in exhibition pavilions;
