The Stand of the Year 2014 and the Leader of Trade Fair Services 2014 have been presented

On May 9, 2015, in Poznań, during the opening of the ITM exhibition, there was a presentation of the medals and honourable mentions in the contests by Polish Chamber of Exhibitions Industry. The awards for the Stand of the Year 2014 went to: Inter-Mark Group – Gold Medal, Expo Linia – Silver Medal, Meliński Minuth – Silver and Bronze Medals. The title of the Leader of Trade Fair Services 2014 was presented to MAXPOL from Warsaw. The awards were presented by the President of PCEI Przemysław Trawa and the members of the Juries of both contests. Three medals presented to four laureates The participants of the Stand of the Year contest are companies which offer services of design and construction of exhibition stands, associated in PCEI – the only national exhibition sector association in Poland. The Jury of the contest consists of outstanding specialists in the field of design: Prof. Remigiusz Grochal (Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, Koszalin University of Technology), Prof. Jacek Ojrzanowski (Koszalin University of Technology), Prof. Włodzimierz Bartczak (Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw), Prof. Andrzej Wielgosz (University of Arts in Poznań), Adam Gabrysiak (Vice-President of PCEI, Abisal), Łukasz Mikołajczak, PhD. (editor-in-chief of Visual Communications), Alojzy Kuca (originator of the contest, editor-in-chief of Expovortal.com), architect Maciej Sobolewski (Tecon Service), and President of PCEI Przemysław Trawa, the Chairman of the Jury. In this year’s edition of the contest the Jury decided to award 4 medals, two of them being equivalent. The main prize, the Gold Medal for the Stand of the Year 2014, went to the stand constructed and designed by Poznań company Inter-Mark Group, for the exhibitor AMICA Handel i Marketing from Poznań. The awarded stand was constructed for the IFA 2014 exhibition in Berlin. – I am glad that once again our company was awarded with the Gold Medal. The project we executed together with Amica at IFA exhibition in Berlin was the effect of fruitful cooperation of a team of specialists. We are proud that our engagement was awarded and we promise to keep the equally high level in the coming years. – the CEO of Inter-Mark Group, Maciej Witkowiak, commented the presentation of the Gold Medal. Two ex equo awards, Silver Medals, were presented by the Jury to the stand constructed by Meliński Minuth from Poznań according to the design of Przemysław Mac Stopa from Massive Design from Warsaw for Profim company from Turek. This concept was executed at ORGATEC 2014 exhibition in Cologne. The second Silver Medal was presented to the stand constructed by Expo Linia from Buk for Solaris Bus Coach, Owińska according to the design by Kateryna Shyshkina and Gizela Rozwadowska-Mylko, Expo-Linia, at IAA 2014 exhibition in Hanover. The Bronze Medal also went to the company Meliński Minuth. The Jury acknowledged the design of Marta Pietrucha from Meliński Minuth, which was executed for OKNOPLAST Sp. z o.o. from Podłęże at the EQUIPBAIE exhibition in Paris. – We are extremely glad that the Profim stand was awarded with the Silver Medal and the Oknoplast stand received the Bronze one. Cooperation with the famous designer, Przemysław Mac Stopa is also a great honour for us. We believe that cooperation with the best designers will help us to develop our company even further. Once again we executed the stand for Profim company, which has a key position in the world of furniture design. We are proud that we have fantastic designers among our employees. Designs by Marta Pietrucha have been again awarded in the Stand of the Year contest once again, which confirms her outstanding talent, amazing artistic sense and passion to the work she does. – the CEO of Melinski Minuth, Andrzej Meliński, could not hide his satisfaction with the awards. The Jury evaluated submitted projects against modern architectural solutions in the exhibiting, the application of new technologies and materials, and the modern exhibiting concepts taking into account the marketing aspects. Exhibitions have their leaders The Leader of Trade Fair Services contest is organized for members of PCEI – designers and constructors of exhibitions stands. The main objective of the contest is to increase the quality of trade fair services and promote companies which implement modern exhibiting ideas. The Jury of the Leader of Trade Fair Services 2014 contest consisted of architect Ryszard Grajewski – an outstanding designer of exhibition architecture, Honorary Member of PCEI, and the laureates of the previous editions: Włodzimierz Gola (PROMOCJA) and Jan Lisiak and Piotr Wojewodzic (INEXPO Poznańska Agencja Targowa). Experienced Leader This year’s laureate – MAXPOL – has been operating on the market for 25 years and has been a member of Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry since its establishment. Its clients are offered a wide array of services related to the design and construction of exhibition stands targeted at individual exhibitors and national expositions. Additionally, the company offers a range of logistics services, starting from booking flights and accommodation in hotels to forwarding exhibits to the event. – We are very glad that we have been selected the Leader of Trade Fair Services 2014. So far we have been recognized in the contest three times . From the beginning of our existence we have been trying to work at the highest level and service our clients in an ever better way.
