Our deepest regret for departed Tadeusz Michalak, a great friend of Exhibitions, the CEO of Maxpol from Warsaw, the long-standing Member of our Chamber, who passed away on November 10, 2015, at the age of 89. Mr. Tadeusz Michalak made a great contribution to the development of the exhibition sector in Poland, the Polish economy, and Polish entrepreneurship. He made outstanding efforts to create and develop Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry – the only national organization which associates entrepreneurs who operate in the sector of organization of trade fairs and exhibitions and exhibition-related services, which was established in 1993. He was one of the distinctive Polish entrepreneurs who were closely bound with the idea of the economic self-government, in this case the exhibition self-government, and who strongly supported the development of Poland. On behalf of the Board, the Scrutiny Committee, the Office and all the Members of Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry, condolences to the family and relatives of our late Friend. He will be remembered!
