The Jury of the MP Power Awards® contest has announced the nominees. MP Power Venue is the award for venues with a special potential for organization of various types of events. The laureates will be announced during the final Gala which will take place on March 23, 2018, at the Służewiec Horse Racetrack (VIP Zone). MP Power Venue will present venues – hotels, conference centres, multifunctional and unique venues – with the largest event potential. The awards will be presented in the categories: Event, Business, Multi and Unique. When selecting the nominees and later the winner, the Jury takes into account the capabilities of the venue in terms of organization of various types events, its attractiveness, solutions tailored for the meetings sector, policy of cooperation with the meetings sector and innovativeness. The element which is supposed to help jurors decide about the victorious venue is an audit carried out by Z–Factor (a partner MP Power Awards). As part of the contest, an analysis was carried out which studied the sales process and the process of responding to inquiries of meetings organisers. The analysis also covers the functionalities of the websites of the venues and their accessibility in terms of expectations of meetings organizers. Issues which are discussed during the debate of the MP Power Venue Jury and the nominated venues in this year’s edition of the contest as well as the winners of the last year’s edition of the MP Power Award contest will be discussed during one of the meetings at the Venue Forum (held as part of the Meeting Week Poland on March 23).
