Marketing success of Cavaliada Tour

Cavaliada Tour is one of the three largest events in terms of marketing according to UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, which associates exhibition organizers, venue operators and exhibition associations from 87 countries The event organized by Poznań International Fair is among the three projects nominated in the final of the contest “The UFI Marketing Award”. During a global UFI conference organized at the beginning of May in Verona, representatives of PIF will present the project and compete for the main award. They will be assessed by marketing directors and communications and innovation experts from exhibition centres from around the world. The topic of this year’s “The UFI Marketing Award” contest is “Innovations which bring marketing success . The jury assesses statistical data proving the efficiency of marketing actions and information on the application of innovative ideas, new technologies and services. Projects which are looking for new innovative formats receive special attention. – Cavaliada is a celebration for fans of horses, which combines the elements of sports rivalry, a show and a fair. As the only Polish indoor equestrian competition it was authorised by the International Equestrian Federation. The tour is organized in three cities: in Poznań, Lublin and in Warsaw. Thanks to the application of the marketing approach to the development of the project, each year the number of exhibitors and visitors is growing along with the prestige of the event – says Karolina Nawrot from the PIF Press Centre. The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry represents 50,000 employees of the exhibition industry globally and it cooperates with 58 national and regional exhibition organisations. UFI associates over 750 members from 87 countries. Almost one thousand international trade fairs and exhibitions have the prestigious certificate of “UFI Approved Event”, which is a guarantee of quality for visitors and exhibitors.
